What is Butterfly Pea?

• The Butterfly Pea Powder is made from a beautiful flower, grown in tropical climates. Hand picked and milled into a fine powder just for your pleasure!
• This powder is PH sensitive and react to acidic liquids such as lemon or lime by changing color from blue to pink.
• If you're all about the base, mix this baby with base (alkali) ingredients, and watch it turn from blue to the coolest shades of green! Royal lemonades, anyone?

Pro tips for best results

• Recommended serving size is 1/2 tsp, add more if you desire a stronger color.
• Mix with light colored foods to get he most colorful pop and most vibrant result. (Bananas, mango, plant milk etc).
• Mix with a fruit infused drink for a lovely blue shade. Then add lemon juice to change color of your drinks from blue to purple.
• This powder is specially great to use in hot foods like pasta and home baked bread because it keeps its color even when heated. You can also use it to create the internet famous ”Blue Chai Tea" and so much more. Creativity is your only limitation!

Order Processing

1. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays.
2. Orders placed before 13:00 CET are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 will ship the next business day.
3. All orders are send out from our warehouse in Sweden (Tyresö).

Domestic (Sweden)

1. Standard shipping: 1–3 business days.
2. Free shipping on orders over 300 SEK

International Shipping

We ship worldwide and use trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

1. All international orders come with tracking.
2. Import duties, customs charges, or taxes (if not included at checkout) are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Customs delays are out of our control and may extend delivery times.

Shipping Restrictions

1. We do not ship to countries where our products are restricted or prohibited.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Return Window

1. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
2. Customers in the EU and UK have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns must then be sent back within another 14 days.

Conditions for Returns

1. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
2. Returns of used/opened food products are not accepted due to hygiene and safety regulations.
3. Bulk or wholesale orders require prior return authorization.

Return Costs

1. Sweden: Customer pays return shipping unless item is damaged or incorrect.
2. EU countries: Customer pays unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
3. Outside EU: Customer is responsible for all return costs and customs clearance, unless otherwise agreed.

1. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days with photos and order number.

Refunds

1. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

📦 How to Make a Return

1. Email us at customerservice@rawnice.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in original packaging.
4. Ship the item within 14 days of receiving return approval.
5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll confirm by email and issue your refund.

🌍 International Return Notes

1. Customs duties or taxes paid during import are non-refundable.
2. In some countries, return shipping may cost more than the product itself. In these cases, we may offer an alternative solution (e.g. reshipment or partial refund) without requiring a return.
