Prices and Payment Terms

1. Prices and Payment
Each product is listed with a price in Swedish kronor (SEK), including 25% VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, and shipping costs.
Our gift cards are handled as multi-purpose vouchers, which means that VAT is reported only when the gift card is used to purchase goods or services, not at the time of sale of the gift card itself.

2. Payment Terms – Invoicing
Qliro is Rawnice AB’s payment provider and manages payment transactions at checkout. When you choose Swish, you will see that the payment recipient is listed as Q*Rawnice. This means that Qliro receives the payment on behalf of Rawnice AB and processes the transaction. Read more about Qliro payments here.


General Shipping Terms

1. General Information
All goods are shipped to private customers with PostNord. Orders are delivered to the pick-up point that PostNord deems closest to your address. Once your order has arrived at the pick-up point, you will receive a notification via SMS. As the customer, you are responsible for providing the correct mobile number so that the SMS can be delivered to your phone. Larger orders and business orders may be shipped with DHL.
If you wish to have your order delivered to a different address, please email or call us, and we will arrange it. Free shipping applies to orders exceeding SEK 549.
For items picked up in-store, a reservation will be made before the order is collected.

2. Changing Pick-up Location
The pick-up location is chosen automatically based on the postal code provided when placing the order. If the wrong pick-up location is shown, unfortunately, we cannot change it afterward. We therefore recommend that you carefully check the pick-up location before completing your purchase.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is approximately 3–5 days. We ship all orders placed on non-holiday weekdays within 24 hours. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as this is handled by our partner PostNord. However, we always strive to deliver as quickly as possible.

4. Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are not collected will be returned to us. For all packages not collected within the time frame specified by the pick-up point, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping and handling fees (currently SEK 175).

5. Fraudulent Orders
Fraud and false orders will be reported to the police.

6. Free Shipping for One-time Purchases Combined with Subscriptions
If you add one-time products to your subscription delivery, a minimum one-time purchase of SEK 549 is required for free shipping to apply, in addition to the subscription cost.


Exchanges & Returns

1. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have a statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) of 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you wish to cancel the purchase. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product or the majority of the order.

2. You are not entitled to cancel if:

  • The products or their packaging have been damaged after you received them.

3. When Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
You are obliged to return the product in the same condition as when you received it. It must be returned unused. If the product is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.

4. Customer Rights
You as the customer always have the right to unpack and inspect the goods. If an item is faulty or damaged, contact our customer service immediately at info@rawnice.se, and we will assist you further.
Please include digital photos of the product/damage when contacting us via email to simplify the handling of your case. In the event of a dispute, Rawnice AB follows the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency.

5. Return Shipping
Please note that return and exchange shipping costs are paid by you as the customer. However, if it is a complaint due to damaged goods or incorrect delivery on our part, we will refund all shipping costs along with the purchase amount.

6. Refunds
Rawnice AB refunds the consumer no later than 30 days after we have received the return. The money will be credited to your account within approximately 30 days.


Privacy Policy

When placing an order with us, you only provide your name and contact information, not your personal identity number. We treat all information confidentially.
By registering and placing an order, you agree that we store and use this data within our operations to fulfill our agreement with you. In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the data is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that it be corrected or deleted.
Rawnice AB complies with applicable Swedish laws and consumer rights in all transactions and customer relations.
