Literally the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!

I ordered from Rawnice for the first time and got the pink pitaya powder, blue spirulina powder, and sakura powder. The sakura powder got delayed twice, so I reached out to customer service and was helped by Anna, who was honestly SO sweet and helpful. She apologized and added an extra bag of sakura powder to my order as a thank you for my patience, which I really appreciated!

When my package arrived, the spirulina bag had unfortunately burst and spilled everywhere (including all over me when I opened the package lol). I felt a little bad reaching out again since they had already compensated me once, and I didn't want to seem annoying or ungrateful but I reached out to them anyways, and Anna was once again super kind and understanding. She said she'd send me a little something to make up for it.

I was expecting just a replacement bag (which would’ve already been more than generous), but what I got was way beyond anything I expected! They sent me a whole surprise package with a handwritten note, a fresh bag of spirulina, PLUS beetroot powder, matcha, two adorable molds, two cute golden spoons, and even a lilac milk frother that says “Whip it real good” on it. My jaw literally dropped.

Also, the packaging is sooo cute, it felt like opening a present. And the powders themselves? Genuinely so good. The colors are super vibrant, they taste amazing (especially in smoothies and matcha lattes!), and you can tell they’re high quality. I’ve been having so much fun experimenting with them!

It honestly felt like opening a gift from a friend. I’ve never had a company treat me so thoughtfully before, especially in this day and age. The products are amazing and fun, but it’s the care and kindness from the Rawnice team (especially Anna!) that really stood out.

I’m seriously so impressed and grateful, I'll definitely keep supporting them. If you’re thinking about ordering, DO IT!

The Banana Chai Shake recipe for the Chai Protein Powder tastes as decadent as it looks (even though my photo not as good)! I crave it almost everyday. It tastes like a dessert. The only thing different that I do is that I add a scoop of flax seeds for additional health benefit, and ice cubes. So yummy!
